Payments

Payment is due in full and in advance before despatch of goods. 

Production and Despatch

All of our products are handmade 'on demand' at the time of order. Due to the customisable nature of many of our items, we make each sleeve to order. Nevertheless, most products are made within 48 hours from receipt of your order and are usually dispatched within 2-3 days of your order. We will notify you (with tracking information for delivery) once we have dispatched your order.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail to deliver for us. When shipping to UK addresses, our standard shipping option is 2nd Class Signed For. At checkout, you can upgrade to either '1st Class Signed For' or 'Guaranteed Special Delivery' (please make your choice at checkout).
