Shipping policy

Our products are handmade 'on demand' at the time of order. Due to the customisable nature of many of our items, we do not carry stock of finished products. Nevertheless, most products are made within 24-48 hours from receipt of your order and are usually despatched within 3 days of your order. We will notify you once we have despatched your order.

DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail to deliver for us. When shipping to UK addresses, our standard shipping option is 2nd Class Signed For. At checkout, you can upgrade to either '1st Class Signed For' or 'Guaranteed Special Delivery' (please make your choice at checkout).
